Refund policy

Due to the nature of the products offered, NO refunds or returns will be accepted. If your order is abandoned by you, this policy still applies.

Projects are considered abandoned when the customer does not provide the needed information and/or files to complete it within 30 days of receiving the request from Envisione Designs. No refunds will be issued for order abandonment.
