Shipping policy

DESIGN RELATED ORDERS

You have 5 business days after ordering to submit the files needed to begin your project & when files are requested during the process. You will be charged a $15 fee anytime this deadline is not met. Projects are considered abandoned when the customer does not provide the needed information and/or files to complete it within 30 days of receiving the request from Envisione Designs. No refunds will be issued for order abandonment. 

Initial design draft turnaround is generally between 5-10 business days after you have returned ALL necessary information to begin the design process. During high volume ordering periods, this can and will be extended. Processing for print orders takes about 8-10 business days after you have approved your design proof. Shipping generally takes between 2-5 business days. Any delays, should they happen, will be communicated to the customer. Once shipped, products become the responsibility of the customer and shipping company.

Boss Bundle design turnaround will take an extended period of time to process due to the nature of the product. Designs are done sequentially and will require constant back-and-forth communication that prolongs the process. Brands are not built overnight (or in 1 week).

Two (2) revisions are included with design orders, after that, you will have to pay a $10 revision fee for each additional revision.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY & APPAREL

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. You will receive tracking updates via email once your item is shipped. Shipping generally takes between 2-5 business days. Any delays, should they happen, will be communicated to the customer. Once shipped, products become the responsibility of the customer and shipping company.
